Three (3) competitive programs for youth are offered, Regatta Ready (U12), Junior Development (U14) and High Performance. Athletes are place in each of the training groups by the Head Coach.
Athletes in the training groups are returning athletes and have trained in the year or years previous.
Regatta Ready (U12)
Spring Sessions: May 11th-June 30th 3 practices per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30-6:30.
Summer Sessions: July 4th - August 25th 5 practices per week: Mon - Friday from 9:00 - 12:00
Fall Sessions: September 11th - October 30th 3 practices per week: Mon/Wed/Fri from 4:30-6:30
Junior Development (U14):
Spring: Monday to Friday 4:30pm - 6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am
Summer: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 11:00am
Fall: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30pm - 6:00pm
High Performance (Varying ages): This category is by invitation by the Head Coach.
Please note that these programs do have a Work Commitment component to the registration.
