Overview: This is a self-led program for the Pond Scum Dragonboat Team and other athletes who may join at the invitation of the team Captain. The program takes place in the Canada Games Room at the times identified on the WRCC main page.

This program is reserved for paddlers from the Pond Scum Dragon Boat team. If you are not on the team but is interested in Winter Training, please refer to the Masters Competitive Program.

Should there be interest to attend the Monday Coached sessions in Boat Bay 1 with the Master's Competitive group, you can do so for an additional fee of $50.
First preference for the kayak/canoe ergs will be given to the Master's Competitive group. Please refer to the Masters Competitive Program for more details.
