Fitness paddling sessions are designed to offer paddlers the opportunity to combine a fantastic core workout with basic to advanced kayak drills, techniques in a social environment. Your instructor will paddling along with you to easily show you the moves.
Each session delivers a structured workout program offering low-impact training with high-impact results. Looking for an alternative to being in the gym? This program is geared for you!

Love it? Join us for as many sessions as you like.
Note: A minimum of 3 paddlers will be required to run a session. If the session does not run your session will be refunded or can be applied to another session booking.
Equipment:
Participants will be able to use their own boats, paddles, and PFD/lifejackets or those provided by the Club. Fitness Paddling sessions use the FOCUS 15 Touring Kayak.
